This picture is me and kari crossing a high tide area. We would have had to wait about an hour or more for the tide to completely go out to cross the patch without water, but we didn't have the patience to wait that long so we crossed anyways. At that point in time, the water only reached our waists so our packs didn't get wet! yay!
